New PC - Ryzen 9 7900X & Radeon 7900XT Massive Lag in most Games.

Wasn't sure exactly were to post this since I'm not 100% sure what the issue is as of yet. Some games run fine (Back4Blood 227 FPS) But on Star Citizen I'm only getting 5 frames even on lowest settings. And same issue on other games, terrible frames and lots of stuttering/input lag.  Only thing I really changed in BIOS was getting my RAM up to 5500MHz and enabling PBO which bumped my CPU from 4.7Ghz to 5.5Ghz. This is my first time building a PC and it's been a lot of learning as I go. Any help would be appreciated.

Specs:

Power Supply: Corsair RM850x 80+ Gold

Monitor: Gigabyte M27Q 27.0" 2560 x 1440 170 Hz Monitor (Using Display Cable and have tried HDMI to see if it changed anything)

Could be buggy AMD drivers but make sure in Windows Settings - Graphics you have all your games configured to run in "High Performance" which is your GPU Card.

If it is set at "Let Windows Decide" or "Power Savings" for any games change it to High Performance. See if that makes a difference.

Otherwise someone else that is involved in gaming will need to advice you.
