My nephew has a Windows 10 ATI - Radeon HD 3450 and is getting an error saying (no valid DX11 video card found) when trying to play black ops 3 from steam. How can he fix this?
My nephew has a Windows 10 ATI - Radeon HD 3450 and is getting an error saying (no valid DX11 video card found) when trying to play call of duty black ops 3 from steam on his new desktop. How can he fix this? I live in Florida and am having to explain it to him and he is in New Jersey.

The HD3450 does not support Windows 10 nor does it support DX11.
I am not sure how a card over 12 years old was provided in a new desktop ?
The only available option is to upgrade the graphics card, if possible.
