Mouse stutter/skipping on specific parts of the screen.

As the title says my mouse just skips specific parts of my screen. There is no trigger or anything it always happens and it's random. Its not always on the same part of the screen. What i mean is that once a part of the screen decides its gonna skip it continues until i restart the pc after which it changes position on the monitor where it will skip.  Its like a specific square of pixels that just doesn't want to display the mouse.

Specs:

  1. Motherboard: ROG STRIX B550-F GAMING WIFI
  2. CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
  3. GPU: Red Devil AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB GDDR6
  4. Ram: DDR4 2x16gb 3600mhz in slot 1 and 3
  5. Power supply: Corsair TX-M Series TX750M - 750W Gold

I can provide a video example of what i mean. This has been bugging me for a few months. Things i have tried:

Using different cpu : I have not tried using an intel cpu. Sold my old one and got a ryzen 7 5800x but got an option to switch to the current one. Both have this problem with the skipping.

Mouse and monitor do not make a difference. Tried using wireless and wired mice but no difference. Using 2 monitors makes the stuttering appear on both.

Gpu/cpu/bios/ and even using Armoury Crate to update drivers. Reinstalling all of them also didn't help. Manually and using programs to remove them also didn't help.

Something to mention: Monitor is connected to gpu with displayport 1.4. When switching ports from one to another without turning anything of it causes wierd glitches. Switching from the 3rd to the 2nd port causes gpu scaling to not work even though it says its on. Switching to the 1st port makes applications appear minimized even though they are not.

Using the direct ports on the back of the motherboard causes a small fix. The mouse stops skipping specific parts of the screen and now microstutters every few seconds. Usually not noticeable when using the pc normally but playing games its really apparent because it looks as if the game is lagging when its not.

I will provide more details if i have missed anything.

What chipset drivers, the ones from asus are almost 2 yrs old. Newer from amd are Aug.2023.

Using wrong Dimm slots?, should be 2 & 4 counting from cpu.

Well found the latest chipset drivers. It seems that was the fix. Also the slots are in fact 2 and 4 seems like i  have remembered wrong that i put them in 1 and 3. Even the motherboard manual says 2 and 4...
