Monitor out of range

so, my pc went to blackscreen with "out of range" text on it. I think it caused by game I played

honestly it's not my first time to experience this, but this one is different

Ive tried to uninstall the vga driver and it went well, untill I re-install the driver and it goes to out of range again

Yes it's on, i just need to install the driver now but it lways failed

Boot into safe mode, go to Windows display properties and set display resolution and refresh rate back to the default values.

Could not do that. The resolution and refresh rate can't be changed

It that case, it would be useful if you could provide the essential INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION.


Also provide details of your monitor and how it is connected and what resolution and refresh rate shows up in Safe mode.
