Intel processors (again) allow for rootkits

With talks months ago of microsoft making a new windows due to national security vulnerability's along with intel's hole to sneak through. i see Amd in 8 years having  most of the market not intel and microsoft hanging onto Amd with no security issues in the arch.

So you have to get infected first, then this could make it hard to remove and install a rootkit.
