I've had absolutely no issues without doing a complete reinstall of Windows 10 Pro 64bit. I simply removed my Samsung 960 Pro M.2 SSD from my intel i7-4790K system and installed it in the Asus Prime B350-Plus M.2 slot and booted right into Windows, windows said it was getting things ready so I just let it recognize the new hardware and then I installed the AM4 chipset drivers and voila !!!!
