Is the first layer of the AMD web support an AI bot?
I asked a detailed question to AMD about my support. They sent an email back answering one line of a my larger question, with some pretty generic stuff that basically said "you can already find this information on the webpage!" However, what the "meat" of my question was about was something related but larger, and DEFINITELY not something that was easily already found on their webpage.
I find it pretty frustrating to ask a question, type out a clear explanation via email, and get some crap response back from a bot.
