I did not receive some games from my Vega Coupon?

Hello AMD,

I created this account to ask about some of my games in the coupon. 

I have used a coupon from my RX Vega 56, I have not received Devil May Cry and Division, but I have already received Resident Evil 2 Remake.

You say to be patient in the redeem site and on the email from support, but it has been 7 weeks.

I have contacted the shop (Carrefour Market ,Reims, France) they told me to contact you.

I have redeemed my code on March 11 or 12.

My ticket number to customer service is  614276

Can you please help? It has been a very long time.
