I recently built a computer, and when I play Forza 4 (Disconnected from WI-FI) It will lag. The lag will start for a second then go back to normal and keeps repeating that. My specs are below...
Amd Ryzen 3 3200g
Raedon RX 480 (8gb)
16gb 3200 Mhz ram
MSI A320M-A Pro Motherboard
(I checked and none of my drivers needed to be updated.)
(Note-I had to download amd software online it didn't automatically pop up when I left click on the screen)
(My pc doesnt have a cd drive so I couldnt use the cd that came with the graphics card.)
(To my knowledge it is not a heating issue.)
