How to get my Corsair memory running at 3200MHz

Hi guys, ever since the release of the Ryzen I have been struggeling to get my memory run at 3200MHz. Could someone tell me if they managed to get it to run stable at 3200MHz and if so, how did you do it or do you have any suggestions on what I can try to get it running properly?

I am a total noob when it comes to settings .e.g. overclocking so please explain it in noob language for me

My specifications:

OS                Windows 10 Professional (legit)

CPU              AMD Ryzen 7 1800X Eight-Core Processor

Mainboard   AB350-Gaming 3-CF (AM4)

Memory        D416GB 3200-16 Vengeance LPX K2 Corsair

HDD              SSD 500GB 1.8/3.2G 960 EVO PCIe M.2 SAM

Hope someone can help me out on this matter. Spend way over 3000 (Extra HDD, GPU and cooling included obviously lol) on a PC which cant run the 3200MHz and that kinda blows
Bios is upgraded to the latest (non-beta) version already.

Best regards

P.S. Below are the settings that gave me the highest possible, stable outcome. Anything higher (3200MHz) will simply reboot my PC like 6 or 10 times and then automatically set it back to factory defaults.

Your motherboard manufacturer's support page has a QVL list stating which RAM is certified to run at 3200mhz (or faster). Not all chips will, especially SK Hynix chips. Samsung chips, however, will.
