I have two Radeon 8950 video cards. I cannot get the HDMI port to work on the second one. How do I turn it on? I've already used up the HDMI port on the first card and cannot use the DVI port because my television does not have that connection.
Monitors need to be connected to Primary card (second card is only a slave)..
You need to by an adaptor.
The PC manual should tell you what's needed.
Yeah, the second card plays as an extensible computing engine rather than graphics card, so you could not expect it to give video signals. But if you motherboard provides options to select any card as the primary card on the firmware, BIOS/UEFI/SETUP, you have chances to make it as the default one to give video signals toward your TV.
On market, you are easily to get DVI-to-HDMI line or port, just get one, that would help you to connect HDMI port of your TV towards the DVI port of your graphical card.
