How do I activate virtualization. I'm using AMD E1-2500 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 1.40ghz

I'm using vmware to run kali linux but after picking the iso file the amd-v is disable. And after that I went to my bios and there is no configuration tab. Please help

You have an old AMD APU which does support Virtualization. But to enable it you will need to update the BIOS that will support it. If the manufacturer of your computer doesn't have any more BIOS updates then you are out of luck.

This other User in a previous thread asked the same question as you did: https://community.amd.com/thread/231479

His laptop didn't have a BIOS that supported virtualization and no more BIOS Updates.

Its available in desktops. For some reason Hyper-V does not work right on my box.

Maybe in a year or two they will fix it.....
