Are my pc specs good for online games ,, i means FPS games such as minecraft and paladins and cs:go ... etc

No, the HD 7340 is a low end GPU intended for office oriented tasks, and to hardware accelerate media playback, it is not meant to game in any way. To put into perspective how weak it is, it is 1533% slower than the already slow RX 550. Also, the E2-1800's 1.7ghz clock speed is exceedingly slow for gaming.
