FX8300 OC 4.2ghz Software Bug?

Hello out there boyz!

Currently im running an old FX8300 Unlocked CPU OC to 4.2ghz with water-cooling of course . I've noticed maybe a software bug with AMD Radeon Software , CPUZ and the Windows Task Manager . is this a software bug or my CPU works on 4 cores while i have 8? I didn't find any setting into my bios for cpu cores or something..

AMD Radeon Software reads my CPU as 4 Cores .
CPUZ reads 8 cores 8 threads

Task Manager reads 4 cores and 8 logical 

Mobo : ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0

The FX8350 has 4 modules of 2 cores each. Windows defines the 4 Modules as "Cores" and the 2 cores in each Module as "Logical Cores".
