I recently purchased the LG34uc88 (3440x1440) curved monitor. I have Freesync enabled on the monitor (under the menu) and on the on screen control (same as doing it on the monitor menu). My problem is under Radeon Settings AMD FreeSync says not supported. Yes, I'm using a displayport! Yes, the monitors hrtz are cranked up. What else can be done? Both screenshots are included (Capture3.png shows you my problem). I've tried all the basics: Disconnecting, restarting and trying the other port!

Yea see here's the thing, you need a graphics card which supports FreeSync, which are the following:
Graphics Cards
AMD Radeon R9 300 Series
AMD Radeon R9 Fury X
AMD Radeon R9 360
AMD Radeon R7 360
AMD Radeon R9 295X2
AMD Radeon R9 290X
AMD Radeon R9 290
AMD Radeon R9 285
AMD Radeon R7 260X
AMD Radeon R7 260
And RX 400 series, AMD hasn't added that to the list yet. Anyway, your device ID of 679A brings up HD 7900 series, and since it says Radeon R9 200 series in your screenshot, I'm guessing you have a 280 or 280X, neither of which support FreeSync.
