Hello everyone,
I’m facing an issue when trying to register on AMD’s platform to download software like Vitis. Each time I attempt to enter my details, I receive an error stating: "We cannot fulfill your request as your account has failed export compliance verification."
It seems Ukrainian users might be blocked from accessing certain AMD resources. This feels unfair, as there is no reason why users from Ukraine should be denied access due to our location. I believe that technology access should be equal for all users, provided they are from countries not on any sanctions list—and Ukraine is not on such lists.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it? Hoping AMD will reconsider this policy for Ukraine.
