Error Battlefield 4 (5700 xt)

Hi,

I just downloaded Battlefield 4, but I am getting a error (Directx function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" Failed with DXGL_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG). Can someone help me with this problem?

try running the DX9 installer fresh again

this will check for any missing components and install any needed files

I don't have your card but have run into that message in BF4 in the past. That game can be very picky with overclocks. So I would suggest you return the card to defaults if it is not and try again. If that doesn't help I would try running DDU from wagnardsoft_com and reinstall the latest driver. 

You might want to verify your game files too.
