Duplicate monitors with different refresh rates

I have a 144hz Freesync panel as my main display but I want to duplicate it with a 60hz TV via HDMI while keeping the 144hz on my main monitor. Is this possible? When duplicated, Windows defaults the pair to 60hz. I can manually set it 144hz in the Windows settings but then I'll get a corrupted cursor after a while. Is there any way to set it up to duplicate the displays in this fashion?

Re: Duplicate monitors with different refresh rates

many of the newer tv's can do lots of different refresh rates if you buy one that can do 240 frames per second it should be able to handle 144  my 4k 56 inch will do 120 frames per second and was under 350 dollars so getting a tv that can do what you need should not be too expensive unless you want one that will cover the side of a barn.
