does anybody know if i can get a refund straight from amd i have just had it with this 5700xt driver issues

ive had it with these driver issues nothing but crashes and black screens the whole time ive owned it im just extremely dissatisfied with it i bought it from new egg but they did not offer a refund for it and its past the 30 days i know it might be long shot but any info would be great i just want my money back for this piece of hardware that doesn't seem to have the proper support and i have a feeling contacting the manufacturer wont do anything because the card it self is fine

I believe only the Retailer/Seller can reimburse you for your GPU card. AMD can only support you with their Warranty, if applicable.

It depends on where you bought its return policy. You might check with how you paid for it. Some payment forms like Credit Cards and Pay Pal may offer assistance in getting a good product or refunding you money for products that don't work as advertised.
