Coil whining

Around 3 weeks ago I bought a AMD RX 6750 XT and when I turned on my PC for the first time everything ran as normal of course but as soon as I started playing BeamNG for the first time my GPU started to make a very loud buzz noise and I haven’t been able to find why. Also every time  I move my mouse it starts to make the same sound till I stop even when I am not playing a game.
On BeamNG low settings it happens. When I play Roblox you hear it softly as well.

Is there anyway to fix this without ruining FPS and performance or should I contact AMD?

Coil whine, a real problem of the recent times.

Beware, coil Whine is not limited to graphics cards, some PSU's do it and more. Its not dependent on brand but a combination of components in most cases or quality of components.

Example, a poor combo of a weak PSU and a GPU will make the PSU "whine" about it lol
A High Powered GPU running 100% will definitely whine but not all cards do it at the same level. If you believe its too loud, I mean, well over your fans, you can check if you are entitled to a RMA.

My RX480 did it but there are ways to mitigate it and leave at super OK levels.

If your game is capped in some way, like a console port, there's no point on letting the GPU do extra work for nothing. In games like this I normally leave the GPU clock down or use VSYNC ON. Depends on the game because VSYNC can increase latency.
If your monitor is 144hz and you are outputting 200 or more and its a single player game, you might as well as limit the FPS to match your screen, it can really help reducing coil whine.
There are also options in Adrenalin that can affect some games, the original Halo hated freesync, enhanced sync or vsync off. The coil whine was absurd. But with Vsync On, not even a sound.

Another excellent option is undervolting.
In the latest Adrenalin is as easy as ever!

But do give us some news on how it went.

My 6950XT does it in certain games in certain direct x modes.  When it does it it's very noisy and interrupting, I'm almost at the point of submitting a warranty claim and with all the driver issues it might happen sooner than later.

What power supply make/model are you running?

Are you running separate power cables to each power input on your GPU?
