AMDRewards game activation

Hello, I've bought a RX580 and activated my code on amdrewards website to get 2 games. Today the DMC5 key should've been able to add to my steam account but so far it says that "Duplicate activation code" when I try to press "Activate on steam" button. I've emailed the support but it says it will take up to 6 days for them to even initially respond and then they will answer me for some info and there goes another 6 days. I hope anyone would be able to help me here.

Its finally resolved after more than a month of fighting with support. Just be persistent when writing tickets to them. They even asked me to talk about this with steam support but steam said that the key that was assigned to me by amd was activated on another account before the game was even available to me in amdrewards site. So I directed that info to amdrewards support and then they finally gave me my DMC key
