Hi,

Not 100% sure what you mean not boosted, then 'boosted 4.06Ghz'..?

Do you mean it's only boosting to 4.06 or that it's not moving past the 3.59?

The precision boost for the 4.1Ghz is only for small bursts. When the CPU is at 100% load, ie. Cinebench or similar, it will normally sit at a lower speed but will have all cores at 100%

For example my 3700x has a max boost of 4.4Ghz which it hits in small bursts. But if under 100% full load it will max out at 4Ghz max.

Remember the quoted boost speed is an up to number..

There are options in the BIOS to increase boost speeds or duration held etc. but be careful as using these options normally need performance coolers etc. to handle the extra heat.

0. install AMD Chipset Driver
0b. use "AMD Ryzen Balanced" Powerplan
1. download HWiNFO64 and open it
2. set Global Polling Period to 250ms
3. wait for 5 mins and check max "Core X clock" (X= 1-6)

if your cooling is adequate then you should see 4100Mhz - 4150MHz // 4090MHz = 4100MHz with "SpreadSpectrum"
