Why is my account still on hold after 24 hours?
Why did they punish me for not giving my cellphone number, this is a horrible way to treat customers?

Same here, but 20 days after yours. And, there are posts in these forums going back a year complaining about the same problem. Come on AMD, get your act together. There was nowhere for me to even try to enter a phone number, so still treating customers the same.

The process cannot be fully automated due to the high volume of fraudulent attempts at getting free game codes.
