Hi guys
I have been having this issue for a very long time now that is my AMD Mobility Radeon HD 5000 Series is not installing properly on my laptop. This happened right after installing windows 10, first it affected video playback with stock windows applications( movies and TV and media player) but I managed to use 3rd party apps to overcome this (VLC in particular), it didn't affect gaming much
but for the last 16 days the driver does not respond at all. Any game , no matter if performance demanding or not will simply freeze , then crash my pc with some funny visuals on my screen
sometimes I get an error message that the application was blocked from accessing my graphics card
I have reinstalled my windows , formatted my entire hard desk and reinstalled a clean windows, for the last two days I was just trying to download and re-download the driver. It is just not working and the package never install properly !!!
the AMD Installation report is here

Can anybody help?
Hellooooo
May help. Was having the same issues went to custom install and did not install the gaming evo app no error messages. The log file still has the exact same AdvancedMicoDevice but no errors.
As it may help solve the issue Install is on a Aspire 7745g which i guess is the same MainBoard as gypsy661. We are probably missing a factory driver for something. I installed all drivers from acer for my laptop.
finally i will be checking factory software as i suspect the problem may just be the built in web cam(no drivers on acer), or maybe some missing IR or BT device.
after install without the gaming app windows update has picked up the missing device(it was the Web Cam).
reinstall of all AMD software 100% successful(at least for me).
