Despite what I thought I knew about pc in general, it was news to me until very recently that AMD pioneered the concept and execution of integrated graphics. I feel like that's kind of a big deal and something most common folk should know (I didn't). I did a little research but all I found was the basic Wikipedia and a video from Linus on the history of AMD cpu as a whole.
Is there a reading material or documentary going over the reasons, start, and evolution of igpu? I find the concept and progress fascinating and was hoping someone knew where to find more on this. Thanks.
