AMD Adrenalin Edition Para Placa Integrada AMD RYZEN 7 ACER ASPIRE 5 515-45-R3PU

First:  To update any software I wouldn't use a 3rd party updating program like CCleaner ,as an example only.

I would use the Hardware's own manufacturing updating program or download directly from the Manufacturer's driver download page.

Second: to Prevent Windows update from overwriting and installing an incompatible AMD Driver  or any other driver you need to disable Windows Update for Drivers on your laptop.  Best way is by using Group Policy.

NOTE: It is best to download and install drivers from your Laptop Support page. These drivers are 100% compatible with your laptop.  Unless the Laptop Support Download page as very out-dated drivers on it.

EDIT: Please translate your next reply, if applicable, into English since this is an English only forum. Thanks in advance.

Microsoft Community Post:

I have an unexpected shutdown problem on my ACER Aspire 5 515-45-R3PPU and I've tried everything and noticed that the problem is related to power management. I just recently disabled the AMD CRACH DEFENDER SERVICE. I'm also downloading the AMD Cleanup Utility. I'll see if that will solve the unexpected shutdown problem. I saw that my PC runs at a normal temperature for the model. There's no reason to disable it due to overheating, the notebook is new. I changed the TdrDelay in the registry key, inserting this key with hexadecimal value 8 and changed the advanced power setting in processor power management to 80% in the minimum state and 99% in the maximum state. If the sleep state management settings are messed up, there's no way to leave things as factory defaults. AMD, ACER and Microsoft need to come to an agreement on this sleep management issue.

I used CCleaner to detect outdated drivers because Windows 11 doesn't do this. The only incorrect detection that CCleaner makes is for the graphics card. The AMD Adrenalin Edition app does this detection and installs the best driver. Windows 11 also installs the incompatible version for AMD drivers. The latest version causes errors and Windows installs it anyway. Only the AMD Adrenalin app is able to detect the correct driver version.

I sent the report via Bug Report to AMD. The problem may be with the AMD Crash Defender Service. After disabling and re-enabling it, there has been no unexpected shutdown so far. The log report I sent also did not contain an unexpected shutdown. And when it does occur, the error message can be twofold:
A) Thermal reading error reporting heating when there is no heating;
or
B) Unexpected shutdown due to lack of power, power outage.
The notebook is new, so there is no problem with thermal paste and fan, and there are also no power problems, because it has a battery and everything is new.
If AMD technicians study the report I sent, they will find the problem. It is a Windows that has no errors in the report, except for a Hyper-V error caused by the fact that Windows Home does not have Hyper-V and the bios has the Hyper-V feature, which I also disabled in the bios and in the PowerShell services that show Hyper-V services. The rest is a warning from Dcom due to Microsoft Defender updates..
