I hear you but I wouldn't count on it.
Extreme budget and Low Profile cards will be a thing of the past since small builds will just rely on powerful iGPU from the likes of Strix Halo.
A small NUC or even the RoG Flow gaming tablet with the all mighty 40CU 8060S, will close the gap with more powerful GPUs making the RX6400 look like a toy.
