Try using DDU or AMD own Uninstalling App to remove all current traces of your AMD driver from your PC.

Download the latest AMD Driver for your GPU card and see if that fixes your issue. IF not try downloading a 'Previous Driver" from AMD download page.

Also run in a elevated Command Prompt the following simple command line to check your Windows OS installation for corruption:

SFC /scannow
