First you need to know whether the Retailer where you purchased your qualified AMD Products is involved or is part of the AMD Promotions.
Then you need to find out if when you purchased the qualified AMD Products it was or is during the AMD Promotion period.
If they are then your Retailer MUST send you the Game codes or coupon for you to input at AMD Rewards. If the Retailer doesn't send you any game codes or coupons then you need to speak with the Customer Service dept of the Retailer to find out why you haven't received any game codes or coupons.
Without the Retailer's game codes /coupon you won't have any way of getting your game or games via AMD REWARDS website.
