1. if you have 1680x1050 you should not stretch 16:10 to 16:9
yes you will have "black bars" but it will look better
conclusion: stream in 1680x1050!

these settings should be fine
NO Preset

PC: R7 2700X @PBO + RX 580 4G (1500MHz/2000MHz CL16) + 32G DDR4-3200CL14 + 144hz 1ms FS P + 75hz 1ms FS
Laptop: R5 2500U @30W + RX 560X (1400MHz/1500MHz) + 16G DDR4-2400CL16 + 120Hz 3ms FS

I've applied the suggest changes on my settings. I will start a streaming in next minutes and lets see..

are you happy with the results?

ps - you should invest in a 144hz 1ms FreeSync Premium Monitor - like maybe you get a cheap AOC G2460PF on eBay/etc
this would benefit your stream (as you wont have black bars) and 144hz is awesome
pps 1680x1050 is 16:10 && 1920x1080 is 16:9 - if you resize your output from 16:10 to 16:9 (so you dont have black bars) it will look "mushy" and "stretched" - thats why i recommend to stream in 16:10; but a 16:9 monitor will fix that problem
