PC sometimes won't restart and a USB disconnect sound is heard when starting Valorant

I have a problem. Since I bought this new computer, I've been having issues. I don't understand why, but sometimes when I restart the PC, it won't boot and the screen stays black but the LEDs are still on. Also, when I start Valorant, after a while, I hear a USB disconnect sound. I don't know what to do. I've tried everything (updating the BIOS, chipset, CMOS clear, trying Windows 11, changing the CPU twice and the motherboard twice, and the same thing keeps happening). I don't have many programs installed so I don't think it's something related to that.

My specs are:

Ryzen 7 7800X3D

Asus rog strix b850-e / asrock b650e taichi

DDR5 G.Skill Trident Z5 32GB 6000

RTX 4070 SUPER

PSU Corsair RM1000e

Try using only a known good USB mouse, plugged directly into the motherboard USB port.  Are you using the latest graphics driver update for your RTX 4070 Super?

I tried but I realized that the same thing happens. I'm using the the latest drivers for the gpu.

I also noticed that when the sound appears I can see this in the device manager

Error 43 in one usb root hub

It sounds like one of your USB devices is having a problem.  Are you using a USB hub?  Are you using front panel USB ports (that use a cable that plugs into your motherboard)?  If you have changed out the motherboard already, then it's more likely a bad USB device or a bad USB cable that's causing the USB disconnect.

As for the failed boot, what is your boot drive?  Are you using an M.2 drive in the number one M.2 slot on your motherboard?  This slot is generally the one closest to the CPU socket.

Make sure your memory is set to defaults until you determine the cause and solution to these problems.  Don't run your memory in the EXPO or other overclocking settings for now.
