Hello,

You can use a tool called GPU-Z, specific for gpu's.
You can also use HWinfo, it's another tool for general T° monitoring.

HWiNFO64 v5.84 - can also check all sensors on your GPU
so if you have VRAM Tempsensor it can show that too
or if you OC your VRAM it shows errors
