AMD Ryzen 7 7700 SoC voltage

My Cpu Ryzen 7 7700

Motherboard MSI PRO B650M-B

RAM XPG LANCER CL46 5600mhz

When i enable Expo to enable my profile i see that my SoC/NB Voltage increases to 1.3-1.314 it vary in this range but i heared it will decrease cpu life and some says it will bring your cpu on fire i have SoC voltage on Auto i also manually overclocked my cpu and ram

CPU at 5.3Ghz@1.1v Quite Stable

Ram at cl36-44-44-80 6000Mhz @ 1.4DRAM and SoC on auto and VDDiO at 1.25v

is that fine or do i need to set my SoC to manually but i feel manually doesnt feel great i feel sometimes hitchy on pc performance may be my placebo but you'll say it will degrade my cpu i will limit the recommended voltage by you

I personally don't like over-clocking my systems anymore, but I used to do that maybe a decade ago.  The key thing to watch is your core / hotspot temperature of the over-clocked device.  If the CPU is getting anywhere near 90 C, I would back off on the voltage or at least improve the cooling solution.  The cooler a CPU runs, the longer it should last, all other things being equal.  That's my opinion, based on my earlier experience as a Reliability Engineer working with space-qualified components.  Things like metal migration and other problems (outgassing) with increased die temperatures can affect the life of active components.

As Albert Einstein said, "I could have done so much more with a Big Al's Computer!".
