I need to check and service My AMD threadripper CPU . My PC is not switch on. Power supply is all the way fine. but I am unable to check this problem is causing by CPU or motherboard.  there is no local service center who can check AMD ryzen threadripper CPU, where can I find a service center and how to contact them?
