Hello,
I experience small amount of flickering(brightness changing) when viewing 1080p videos on youtube in fullscreen only.
Issue does not exist if I turn freesync off or I disable hardware acceleration in Chrome settings.
I do not have any issues with freesync in games.
Driver version: 18.12.1
