When Loading software "amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit"  I get an error "Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://www.amd.com/en/support" on this server.

The software does not update.

Searching the internet using the error does not have any information.

i'm having this problem on laptop with radeon r540(win10-64), so i can't install catalyst from official site https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/release-notes/rn-rad-win-15-7-1 . I don't know, where i failed.

This Windows Tech site give some good troubleshooting tips on how to fix that specific error: [Solved] You don't have permission to access / on this server 

If you are using a VPN, disable it temporarily. Some sites won't work with a VPN being used.
