x570 with x5900, nvme raid1 and win10 install, no mirror disk

Hello

have:

x5900

Asus strix x570 gaming-e with latest bios fw

2x nvme samsung evo 980

.......

Sata conf to RAID

enabled nvme

CSR disabled

Created new array

.......

boot from usb lates win10

i see both nvme as separate drives

  • Drive 0 Partition1
  • Drive 0 unallocated space
  • Drive 1 Partition 1
  • Drive 1 unallocated space  

 then load all 3 drivers from raid_windows_driver_930_00206 > nvme_DID

rcbottom > rcraid >rccfg

and still have the same drives, no any mirror array

  • Drive 0 Partition1
  • Drive 0 unallocated space
  • Drive 1 Partition 1
  • Drive 1 unallocated space  

.......................................

i added another ssd hdd and install there win10,

then install raidxpert2 utility,

and i can get working mirror nvme drive, but the win is on another "slower" ssd drive...

....

Also would like ask you HOW CAN I INSTALL win10 and raid1 nvme???

my solution:

add antother sata SSD

install windows there

install raid drivers and intialsie the RAID array

after everything works, clone sata SSD to RAID (i use macrieum reflect)

Disconnect sata SSD..

and check..

Holy crap, what a cluster f.  I've been struggling with this for 3 hours.  Should have bought intel instead of AMD I guess.  Too late now.
