Hello Community,
I do have a MSI Prestige X570 Creation motherboard with Windows 10 pro 64bit, version 1903
and the original AMD chipset drivers (1.07.29.0115) installed after installing Windows 10.
My problem is, that neither the USB3.2 gen.2 USB type-C connector on the back panel nor on the front panel are working!
please help!

p.s.
Windows device manager only shows 3x "AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible-Hostcontroller 1.10 (Microsoft)",
but no entry for USB 3.20 -- is this expected?
the CPU is the new Ryzen 3900
