As you can see, the "helpers" was not as expected. I continued my research on the internet and found the solution, I will teach how to solve it, unlike previous answers that did not help at all. Hope this helps others who are having the same problem.

First Step:

- System properties (sysdm.cpl)
- tab Hardware
- Device installation settings
- change to NO

*******************************

Second Step:

- Press “Win + R,” type: regedit
- go to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\DriverSearching
see “SearchOrderConfig”.
- The default value data on DWORD is defined as "1", change to "0"
- save and restart windows
