Windows 11 "patch" 3.10.08.506 - Problems with X470/3900X

Three out of four ain't bad for an AMD software update!  I tried to install the patch on the following systems:

MSI Meg X570 ACE/5600X

ASRock Taichi X570/3800X

ASRock Taiichi X470/3900X

ASUS ROG Crosshair VII Hero X470/2700X

All but the 3900X worked as advertised.  The only way I could get the Chipset Software to update was to uncheck all the boxes except "AMD GPIO Driver."  The Updated failed on Windows 10 and Windows 11.  I tried most of the suggestions on the Internet like - uninstall the old chipset driver and delete the C:\AMD folder.

It appears like the system is working without all the other Stuff that 3.10.08.506 offered but I'm not sure all is okay.  Windows 11 was able to successfully install all the current updates and fixes.

What am I missing on the 3900X system?  I do know the obvious that "AMD Ryzen Master" disappeared.  Is there something else I should try or is all well and I just don't know it!
