Windows 10 crashed, when instal amd-catalyst

Hi!

When I wantig to instaled "amd-catalyst-15.7.1-win10-64bit", the Windows 10 64bit crashed, all time.

sapphire r9 270 oc dual-x, Intel xeon E3-1240 V2, Arock B75 Pro

Any idea?
