Windows 10 (and drivers) detecting R9 280x as hd 5800

Hi guys. Hope someone can help. Trying to install my r9 280x on Windows 10, but it keeps showing my GPU as hd5800 series with 1gb vram, though the software shows the correct clock speeds and i can OC? This happens no matter which driver i attempt to use, even tried the stock one from the disc. I hope someone has a solution to this.

The 5800 has been physically removed from the pc, and you used DDU (display driver uninstaller) to remove those graphics drivers ?

Post a pic/snip of GPU-Z and also some more detailed INFORMATION REQUIRED WHEN POSTING A QUESTION if DDU doesn't do the trick.
