Why is the performance increase in driver updates for RX 580 and not for RX 570?

Up to 6% faster performance in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 using Radeon™ Software Adrenalin Edition 18.10.1 on the Radeon™ RX 580 (8GB) graphics card than with Radeon™ Software Adrenalin Edition 18.9.3 at 1920x1080.
