Why is that the performance tab in Radeon Settings got removed on the January 15, 2020 update? Some of my games wouldn't run on my AMD GPU but would default run on Intel HD GPU
I updated my GPU driver to Version 20.1.2. The UI is different compared to the previous update. The system tab is gone, and some of my games won't run by default or choose radeon as GPU but would go to the intel GPU by default.

System and performance tabs are still there. This looks like bad installation on your end. Try using AMD Cleanup Utility and installing again
