Why is it whenever i download the software it will disappear a day or so later and i have to reinstall it?

Can you clarify what you mean that the software "Disappears"?

Run CHKDSK on your Windows drive to see if there are any problems with your HDD/SSD.

Also run in a Elevated Command Prompt or Powershell - SFC /scannow.   This will check your Windows OS for missing files or corruption.

Sounds like your antivirus or antimalware software is flagging it and uninstalling/quarantining it.
