Amd 7 1700 , Rx 580 graphic card and the stutter in COD WW2 makes the game unplayable. The screen rendering shows the video of smoke in the back ground struggling to move, going from smooth to very slow and choppy. I game it is worse and gets worse as you play, FPS starts around 96, drops to 56 and bounces back and forth. I have a free sync monitor and followed all the advice from the game monitor software. So, why are my steam games running like the have a boat anchor tied to them
