Where do I go to get drivers for my AMD Athlon II 2X 240 processor running: Win.10 64bit OS ?

I just upgraded my OS on my HP Pavilion Slimline S5510F desktop that had: Windows 7. Pro. - 64bit & now: Windows 10. Pro. - 64 bit to be windows update & system security compliant. 

Where can I obtain driver updates, to download, for my processor: (AMD Athlon II 2X 240), ?

Processors do not use drivers, therefore you don't need to update them.

The chipset driver if that is what you are calling a processor driver has not been updated since before Win 10. So the driver that Windows installs is already the correct up-to-date driver.
