Where can I find a working download link for ACML 4.4.0?

I'm looking for a working download link for ACML 4.4.0.  The following link results in a 404 error:

I navigated to there by going to:

1. AMD Developer Central
   1. https://developer.amd.com/
2. Clicked on "TOOLS & SDKS"
   1. https://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/
3. Clicked on "Legacy CPU Tools, SDKs & Libraries"
   1. https://developer.amd.com/tools-and-sdks/archive/
4. 404 Error received.

ACML is deprecated now. Please try AMD CPU Libraries which provides similar packages.
