whenever i launch a game there's a black screen and/or graphical glitches

(using a laptop btw)

CPU: I3 6006U

GPU: R5 m430

Mobo: Not sure

RAM: 4 GB

PSU: Not sure

HDD: External WD 1TB

SSD: 240gb SDD

OS: Windows 10 64bit

After installing the new drivers I got multiple errors and BSODs, one of the errors it that whenever I launch a game nothing appears in the game window and/or there are graphical glitches. Reinstalled Windows, same thing.

2020 driver a lot issues. try 2019 driver, the lastest 2019 version is 19.12.1

UPDATE: can't install drivers anymore because "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems (Code 43)"
