Constantly through any gameplay on any game with dual monitors my Radeon VII is constantly flashing black screens at least once an hour. When is this going to addressed. This is ridiculous it has been almost 4 months since release.

As already mentioned. Nobody from AMD driver support is in these forums. They are USER TO USER help. So if you are waiting for AMD to fix it, you better let them know you have an issue. Posting it here is only preaching to the choir.
